Wet Chemical

Saffire manufacture two wet chemical fire extinguishers which are suitable to fight class A (carbonaceous) fires, class B (flammable liquid) fires and class F (cooking oil fires). Saffire's wet chemical extinguishers utilize the latest development in wet chemical technology. On fire tests carried out on cooking oil fires both the 3 litre and the 6 litre wet chemical extinguishers, extinguished a 75 litre cooking oil fire in accordance with the standards set out by the British Standards Institute. These same extinguishers have also achieved A & B class fire ratings, making these extinguishers truly multipurpose and unique to Saffire Products Ltd.
